New – Plough Disc BBQ plate for the CookStand. This 450mm wide BBQ hotplate is shallowly dished like the traditional plough disc BBQs giving a secure cooking platform for those dishes requiring retention of liquids through the cooking process. The dished shape is great for stir fry, paella, omelettes and of course general BBQ applications. Only top quality steel is used in manufacture of all components including the mount and plate.
